The Artech Packing and Shipping Department offers a wide range of packing and shipping services for the safe transport of your art work. Our knowledgeable staff will outline the many choices available to you and recommend the most economical and best solution to ensure the safe keeping of your art work or valuables while in transit.
We offer door-to-door service between any two locations in the world as well as personalized attention and tracking of every shipment. Our job ends when the art arrives safely at the destination, not when it leaves our facility. Because of this dedication we are very selective about our carriers and work only with those most familiar with the delicate handling of art work. |

Expert Packing and Crating
Fine art packing and crating requires a complete understanding of the unique vulnerabilities of the art or object. We offer a wide range of crating options including, cavity crates for 3D objects, custom shell crates with customized fittings, reusable quality crates, slat crates, and travel frames. Our insulated museum quality crate is available for optimal safe travel of your art work. Each crating solution is custom built for the safety of each object or the complete collection.
Economy packing and crating options include double strength cardboard boxes with a triple layer of foam, soft pack options, retrofitting existing or reused crates, and slat crates for multiple pieces. Gallery crates are available for local galleries and artists as an economical but safe packing choice. |

Fine Art Shipping
Shipping options include airfreight, overnight or two to five day delivery. We offer supervised freight on passenger aircraft with or without couriers. Exclusive truck or art shuttle ground transportation in air-ride, climate controlled trucks are an alternative option to air freight for objects requiring a stable environment. Ocean containers can be arranged for household moves or large shipments.
Insurance is available for shipping or transport of all Artech crated art. |

Special Services
We offer a variety of special services for collectors and museums including police supervision and security arrangements, art handling services and customs clearance, and traveling exhibition coordination between any two points in the world. We can receive shipments in our warehouse, unpack and inspect the condition, temporarily store the art work, deliver and install when you are ready. |

Efficient Art Transportation
Artech provides seamless transportation services ranging from pick up and delivery, to movement of art of any value between any two locations anywhere in the world.
We can also provide flexible pick up or delivery services to transport your art to or from our Storage Facilities, our Frameshop or our Packing and Shipping departments. |
